Session Information
The cost of the session includes the photographer's time and artistic talent at the photo shoot and during the editing stage, the cost of traveling to the location, the presentation of the images, and time and assistance during the ordering process.
OUTDOOR LOCATIONS $75 due at beginning of session for up to 5 people; $100 for 6-10 people
INDOOR LOCATIONS $150 due at sitting for up to 5 people (to cover the use of backdrops and lighting equip.)
$200 for 6-10 people
Sessions are usually 1 hour long but may take longer for children, large groups or multiple locations
An extra fee will be charged for time past 1 1/2 hours.
All Fees are due at time of session. No exception.
For sessions with backdrop, 1/2 hour prior to session is needed to set up equipment and 1/2 hour after session is needed to take down equipment for indoor locations. You will not be charged for that time.
Sessions will include either one indoor location; or one outdoor locations (additional fees apply for additional locations).
If you book a session indoors and there is time, we may move outside and take some shots at the same location. Any additional locations will require an extra fee. Indoor sessions will be shot at the client’s home or indoor location of their choice
If locations are not in close proximity client may be required to book an extra hour. Any additional time that is booked but not utilized will not be charged to the client.
Additional Fees
$25 for each additional hour
A $2.00 gas fee will be charged per mile over 60 miles. Mileage is calcuated by round trip.
For example, if the location is 40 miles from my starting location, total roundtrip mileage would be 80 miles.
You would be charged for the additional 20 miles.
If you have questions about the gas fee, please let me know.
That fee will be due prior to start of session.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Absolutely NO animals will be allowed on backdrops due to allergy restrictions. If you have animals in your home, please notify me at time of scheduling appointment. Due to the difficulty in cleaning most backdrops/props and due to allergy issues with myself and other clients, I will not be able to set my backdrops up inside your home if you have dogs or cats. You will need to find another suitable location for indoor pictures, pick an outdoor location or use light setup only/no backdrops.
