Proofs
You should expect your proofs to be ready in approximately 2-4 weeks. This timeframe applies to regular portrait sessions. Processing time will be longer for Weddings, Senior Portraits, Events and sometimes newborn photography due to the large amount of post-editing required.
Proofs are loaded to a secure online gallery you may share with family and friends. Once proofs have been loaded, you will recieve notifcation containing the link and the password.
Proofs are available for 3 months once they have been loaded to the online gallery. If you need longer than 3 months, please let me know as soon as possible. There will be a reload fee after the 3 month period if proofs have been removed from the gallery. You will receive notice before proofs are removed from the online gallery.
Placing an Order
Orders not placed after the 3 month timeframe will be charged a $50 service fee.
100% of the total order (including S&H fees) is due before the order is submitted to the lab.
There is a Standard Delivery fee of 10.00 and 6% sales tax added to all orders.
If you wish to pay via credit card, please let me know. I charge a $5.00 processing fee.
There are NO refunds on orders once they are picked up or delivered. You must review your order before accepting it. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please inform me at the time of pick-up so that I may resolve any issues. Once I receive your order, if I am dissatisfied, I will inform you of the problem and place a reorder at the company's expense.
