Session Fees and Printing Prices

Session Fees**

· OUTDOOR LOCATIONS--$50 due at sitting for up to 5 people
INDOOR LOCATIONS--$75 due at sitting for up to 5 people (to cover the use of backdrops and lighting equip.)

· Sessions are usually 1 hour long but may take longer for children, large groups or multiple locations and an extra fee will be charged for time past 1 1/2 hours.

· All Session Fees are due at time of session.

· Session Fees are non-refundable.

· For sessions with backdrop, 1/2 hour prior to session is needed to set up equipment and 1/2 hour after session is needed to take down equipment for indoor locations. You will not be charged for that time.

· Sessions may include one indoor location and one outdoor location. If pictures are taken indoors, the $75 session fee will apply. If locations are not in close proximity client may be required to book an extra hour. Any additional time that is booked but not utilized will not be charged to the client.

· Indoor sessions will be shot at the client’s home or indoor location of their choice.

Additional Fees

· $10 for each ½ hour over 1 1/2 hours

· $10 for will be charged for locations between 35-45miles away; 75 cents will be charged per mile over 45 miles away.

· $10 for each additional location

· $5 per additional person over 5 (groups over 10 should contact me for session fee)

·          $5 for per animal
    IMPORTANT NOTICE:
    Absolutely NO animals will be allowed on backdrops due to allergy restrictions.
    If you have animals in your house, please notify me at time of scheduling appointment. Due to the
    difficulty in cleaning backdrops and due to allergy issues with myself and other clients, I will not be
    able to set my backdrops up inside your home if you have dogs or cats. We will only be able to use
    lighting.

**Session fees listed above are for Portraits, Senior Pictures, Engagements.**
**All other session prices for various events (groups, sports, parties, corporate, etc) will vary.**

Printing

· Deposits are non-refundable.

· 100% of the total cost of prints (plus S&H fees) is due upon ordering.

· Standard Delivery fee ~ 10.00

NOTE: There are NO refunds on prints once they are picked up or delivered.
             If you are dissatisfied with your prints, please inform me at the time of pick-up so that
            may take care of the problem.
            Once I receive your order, if I am dissatisfied, I will inform you of the problem and reorder
            the prints at the company's expense.

All photos of Portraits By Jenn Duvall are entrusted to a reputable professional lab.

Once you place your order, and I have received payment, you may expect to receive your prints in 5-7 business days.

All prints larger than 8x10 will automatically be mounted on Single Weight (SW) or Double Weight (DW) Matboard and will have Lustre (L) coating for added protection. Matboard may be added to any smaller prints for an additional price. Other textured coating may be added to these prints for an additional cost.

Multiple CDs may be purchased.
Pictures will be high-resolution but will contain Copyright information of some sort near the bottom right of the picture.
A Reproduction Release Form will be provided with your CD.

I will not guarantee the quality of your prints if you purchase the CD and have them printed by another lab.

Album Pricing for various albums available upon request.

Proof Books, Senior Portfolios, Holiday Cards, Ornaments,
Keychains, Magnets, Dry Erase Boards, Bookmarks and Framing.
